Welcome to DocuVerse. By using our website and tools, you agree to follow these simple rules. Our goal is to support the world-wide echo system by making document processing very easy and fast. If you don't agree with these rules, please do not use our platform.

2. Your Responsibilities

We give you powerful AI tools to make your desired documents easily. In return, we ask you to be a responsible user:

Do not use our platform to make fake documents, illegal papers, or to do any fraud.
Do not try to hack or overload our servers.
You are fully responsible for the documents you upload. We are just providing the tools, we are not checking your documents manually.

3. AI Disclaimer (Important)

We use highly advanced Artificial Intelligence (like Gemini) to summarize and translate your files. However, AI is like a very smart machine, but it can still make small mistakes. You should always double-check the final output before using it for official court cases, government filings, or serious business deals. DocuVerse will not be responsible if the AI makes a spelling or factual mistake in your final document.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We have Free plans and Premium plans. If you buy a Premium plan, you will get higher limits. If you want a refund, you must ask us within 3 days of buying, and we will only give a refund if you haven't used your Premium quota. We can change the prices of our plans in the future, but we will always tell you first.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Even on our biggest plans, we have a "Fair Usage Policy". This means you cannot use automated bots or scripts to process thousands of documents continuously and slow down the server for other normal people. If we see bot activity, we may pause your account to protect our world-wide echo system.
